Frequently asked questions
What is Music Visualizer?
A web-based tool that turns a song into a professional, audio-reactive music video. Upload a track and cover, pick a style, and render a Full HD MP4 — all in your browser, no install.
How much does it cost?
You pay per render: about $0.30 for 720p and $0.50 for 1080p with the $10 starter pack (larger packs bring the price down). Optional Creator/Pro/Studio plans add monthly credits and a priority queue. See the pricing guide for full details.
Is there a free version?
Yes — the free option is a watermarked 30-second sample at 720p, rendered directly on your device. It needs no account, card, or credits. Full-length and cloud renders use credits.
What resolutions can I render?
720p and 1080p (Full HD) today. The 1440p and 4K tiers are temporarily paused while we upgrade the render encoder and will return.
How do I know when my render is done?
You get an email with watch and download links the moment it finishes, and you can enable a browser push notification per device — so you can close the tab and walk away.
How long do download links last?
Rendered videos are stored for 30 days; the expiry date is shown in your dashboard and ready-email. Download the MP4 to keep it forever.
Can I use a video as the background?
Yes — any common format (MP4, HEVC/MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI) with seamless crossfade or ping-pong looping. See the video backgrounds guide.
How do I sign in?
Continue with Google, or use email + password. Your credits, render history, and API key live in the dashboard.
How long can a render be?
Up to 10 minutes per render.
What formats and aspect ratios are supported?
H.264 MP4 in 16:9 (landscape), 1:1 (square), and 9:16 (vertical) — ready for YouTube, Spotify Canvas, Instagram, and TikTok.
Do credits expire?
Credit availability and terms are shown before payment and may change as the product evolves.
Is there a subscription?
No. Music Visualizer is pay-per-render only — you only pay for what you render.
Can I remove the watermark?
Yes. Watermark removal is a +10 credit add-on per render (the free trial keeps the watermark).
Is there an API?
Yes — a render API lets you generate visualizers programmatically and in batch. See the API docs.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The free 30-second 720p sample renders in your browser on your device; paid full renders run on cloud GPUs, so you can close the tab after submitting.
